The shareholders of Emder Werft und Dock GmbH sold the shares in a share deal to the new shareholders BBM Benli Bau & Mobil GmbH & Co.KG to the full extent. The shipyard thanks the previous shareholders for the foresight of their commitment at that time, that they were prepared as investors to make the new EWD possible at all and to promote growth through vision and diversity and to lead it successfully.

We are looking forward to the continuation of a trustful cooperation and further development of the shipyard with the new shareholder BBM Benli & Bau Mobil GmbH & Co. KG, in order to successfully expand it further.
