After bulk carrier SANDNES we welcomed this month the sister ship BULKNES from HJH Shipmanagement. During the stay we succesfully installed on the self unloader two ballast water treatment systems – Capacity 800 to/h incl. fabrication and install housing for BWTS on maindeck.

Fabrication and install pipes DN 15 until DN 450 from maindeck to engine and back. The bow and stern thrusters and the hydraulic cylinder of the unloading arm were overhauled.

Steel work was carried out in the tanks, the outer skin was coated and the main unloading belt was replaced. A class renewal was also carried out.
